Introduction

WHY HAVE I STARTED A BLOG?

I noticed that during the recession and most recently, the pandemic, there has been increased pressure to maximise 'billable time' and this has meant less time for managers to nurture talent and provide training/coaching to account staff. As people get promoted they are all too often not given the tools or skills to really flourish in their new, more senior, role.

This blog is aimed at AE's - AD's and provides insight, advice, and my POV on relevant topics to help them GROW. I will also be including a mentoring service by way of an anonymous Q&A.
